Trina Dofflemyer is a Bible teacher, adjunct professor of biblical studies, retreat leader, leadership mentor, and writer. Her heart is to inspire leaders to strengthen their souls through the spiritual disciplines so they can finish the work God gave them to do with joy.
She grew up on a farm in western Maryland in a nonChristian family and became a follower of Jesus as a teenager. Now living in the Atlanta area, she treasures being the wife of Gene, the mother of two sons, Ryan (married to Ashley) and Lance (married to Nina), and “Nonna” to Leo and Ryley. She loves hiking with family, reading, and drinking tea.
Having over 30 years of leadership experience in the areas of teaching, shepherding leaders, and administration, her experience includes having served as a Bible teacher in parachurch/nondenominational and church settings, retreat leader, seminary academic advisor, Women’s Ministry Director at a megachurch, and teaching leadership development in Ukraine through conferences and small groups. Her writing projects include articles, ministry resources, and historical timecharts. She has a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
